Delete Your Account
A request-based deletion process for the Rydem Android app, offered by Aupesbox Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to aupesbox@gmail.com from the address linked to your Rydem account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my Rydem account" — or, to delete only specific data instead of your whole account, use "Delete my Rydem data" and describe what to remove (e.g. a single post, your purchase history).
- We reply to confirm the request, then permanently delete the requested data within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Account (Firebase Auth record, name, email) | Permanently deleted |
| Ride / XP / safety-score history | Permanently deleted |
| Purchase records | Permanently deleted from your account view. Payment processor (Cashfree) and Google Play retain their own transaction records as required for tax/financial law — that retention is theirs, not Rydem's, and isn't affected by this request |
| Community posts, comments, club chat you authored | Deleted. Content already reshared or quoted by other riders before deletion may not be fully removable from those copies |
| Live location shares (club map) | Deleted — this data is not retained past the ride in the first place |
